Placing an Order
Shopping at Anaya’s Boutique is simple and seamless. Follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Browse our collections and select your desired items.
  2. Choose your size, color, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping and payment details.
  5. Confirm your order and receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on your zip code.
  • We prioritize sample orders during the presale to ensure you receive the items before launch. Please try to place presale orders on Tuesday.

Shipping rates:

  • $3.99 up to 2.5 lbs
  • $4.99 for 0.25-7.5 lbs
  • $6.99 for 0.75 lbs
  • $8.50 flat rate for items over 1 lb (jeans)
  • $9.99 for 1.5 lbs
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Policy:

  • Merchandise may be returned for a gift card that will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This gift card can be used for your next order.
  • No restocking fees.
  • All returns must be back to us within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment to you. This date is located on your tracking email. Orders received after 14 calendar days will NOT be accepted.
  • All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • All items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Send your inquiry in our contact us page to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided shipping label.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item before issuing your gift card via email.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original sewn-in tags intact.
  • No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or any odors should be on the clothing.
  • Inspection will be performed before issuing a gift card.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, email us to check availability.
  • We offer an even exchange with split shipping costs (if applicable).
  • If your size is sold out, we will issue an in-store credit via electronic gift card.
